well if she is your girlfriend, then when communicating with her, under the mean category, there should be a ';break up'; option

if you aren't technically dating, then just cheat on her and ';accidentally'; get caughtHow do i break up with my girlfriend in the sims 3?
Romantic Interest is not a relationship, just an interest. If she shows as Girlfriend, then you can do the interaction Mean...Break Up. That is not an option for a Romantic Interest. You can flirt and mess around with someone else in front of her, and her interest will wane. Same if you do Mean things to her.

The fastest way is to do: testingcheatsenabled true

Now, with that cheat enabled, you can go into your Sim's relationship tab and click-and-drag your relationship meter with the girl until you barely know her, or even make her an enemy if you really want.
Either 1. stop talking to her but if she's in your household

2. kill her! :P if you are actually ';in a relation ship';(gawd I sound so nerdy atm) then you can probably go into one of the ';mean actions'; or something and break off the relationship. It's a rude option thingy, haven't play in a week. But i remember that much.
if she is your romantic interest, no that is not a girlfriend.. its like his crush.. so you could just stop talking to that sim,and eventually your relationship will go down.. unless you have that long distance relationship perk thing..
yeah just start being romantic with somebody else that's all the only way u do something to break up with your girl or man is when they married.
what is so good about sims 3 get a 360 or ps3
