I think if you want her to break up with you, you have to not make her happy anymore because what's the point of being with someone if they don't make you happy? Distance yourself from her ALOT. Don't call her first, don't make plans to hang out, and talk to her as little as possible. However, if she is mentally unstable this could all really hurt her but hopefully, it will just make her not want to be with you anymore.

But anyway, to get her to break up with you you could: 1.Cheat on her, she will leave you guaranteed unless shes a pathetic wreck. 2. I think she is more or less calling your bluff and is trying to keep you in the relationship. She sounds a little whacked to me.
